Welcome to the Lab

Most founders believe they have a storytelling problem. Many actually have an adoption logic problem: who decides, who carries risk, what must be true, and why interest doesn’t convert into movement.

You didn’t come here to persuade harder. You came here because something stalled — not from lack of value, but from unmet conditions inside the system.

A note from the American Heart Association

Welcome to the Test Flight. We’re grateful you’re here. This experience is designed to help you stress-test what’s required for adoption inside real-world systems — not just validate ideas, but understand the conditions that make “yes” possible and sustainable.

Posture
Adoption is not granted by enthusiasm. It is released when conditions are met. This Lab helps you see the conditions — and shift them deliberately.

How this Lab is organized

The Lab is made of “rooms,” but it is not a linear journey. Each room isolates one component of adoption so you can see it clearly — without guessing.

Think of the rooms as instruments: you enter the one that helps you observe, name, or diagnose what’s happening in your system. The goal is not to visit every room — it’s to visit the room that reduces uncertainty at the constraint.

Rooms are modular. Sequence is earned — not assigned.

Start here (two calm paths)

If you have interest but no movement
Use Adoption Logic Map to locate the gate, then use Constraint Profile to name what must be true for movement to be released.
If you have movement but weak conversion
Use Value Chain to locate where translation breaks, then use NPI Baseline to see whether your narrative reduces uncertainty at that constraint.
Soft guidance only. You control pace and sequence.

AI’s role (limited, intentional)

AI may assist signal visibility
Pattern spotting, ambiguity detection, summary drafting — to reduce blind spots and cognitive load.
Assistive, not authoritative
AI does not replace judgment
Humans interpret, choose, and act. The Lab is designed to preserve founder agency.
No automated decisions
Learning comes first
If something is meant to teach, we do not over-automate it. We keep it calm and honest.
Teaching > tooling
Numbers are directional
When we use levels (Low/Medium/High), they are signals — not grades and not rankings.
Directional, not performative

Next

Enter the room that matches what’s happening in your system. If you’re unsure, start with the Adoption Logic Map — it’s the clearest orientation instrument.

Soft guidance only. You control pace and sequence.
