Before you begin the Acts

The Test Flight is a structured validation environment. It’s designed to make belief, decision logic, and adoption conditions visible before scale.

Orientation exists for one reason: so you can move through the Flight Deck without guessing what’s expected, what is private, and how to interpret what you’re seeing.

This is not a grading environment.
You are not here to perform readiness. You are here to surface reality—what holds, what breaks, and what needs to be true next.

How to use Orientation

  1. Read Welcome
Set your posture for the Test Flight.
  2. Scan What to Expect & Privacy
Know what’s collected, what’s private, and what’s observational.
  3. Open Key Activities
Use the map to stay oriented across Acts I–IV.
You can return here at any point. Orientation is designed to reduce anxiety and prevent misinterpretation.
