Orientation

Many innovators believe they have a storytelling problem. Often, they have an adoption condition problem: who decides, who carries risk, what must be true, and why interest doesn’t convert into movement.

The Lab helps you see those conditions with more accuracy — so you can choose your next move without guessing. This is not about persuasion. It’s about decision safety.

Stance
Optimize for accuracy over polish. The goal is to reduce uncertainty at the constraint — not perform.

How it works

The Lab is made of rooms, but it is not linear. Each room isolates one component of adoption so you can observe what’s happening and name what the system requires. You enter the room that earns its keep — the one that reduces uncertainty at your constraint.

Rooms are modular. Sequence is earned — not assigned.

Explore the Lab

If you have interest but no movement
Start with Adoption Logic Map to locate the gate, then use Constraint Profile to name what must be true for movement to be released.
If you have movement but weak conversion
Start with Value Chain to locate where translation breaks, then use NPI Baseline to test whether your narrative reduces uncertainty at that constraint.
Individual Test Flights may be offered on a limited basis.

AI’s role

AI may assist with signal visibility — pattern spotting, ambiguity detection, and draft summaries to reduce cognitive load. It does not replace judgment, and it does not make decisions. The Lab is designed to preserve founder agency while improving clarity.
