Time Management: Plan and block off dedicated time to ensure you can focus and complete your assignments without interruptions.
Communication Platform
Monday.com: We will use the Monday.com platform for all our communications. This will include assignment updates, feedback, and any general queries you may have.
Individual Office Hours
Weekly Check-Ins: It is recommended to schedule a weekly check-in meeting with me. These meetings, in general will not exceed 30 minutes.
Purpose of Meetings: The check-ins are meant to provide you with personalized support, answer questions related to your assignments, and offer guidance. These meetings are not mandatory but are highly encouraged for your benefit.
Group Calls
Weekly Zoom Calls: The cohort will have an opportunity to meet via weekly Zoom group calls every Thursday from 11:00 - 11:30 AM EST starting February 6th.
Casual and Informative: These calls are casual and provide a chance for you to connect with your peers, discuss assignments, and share insights. Attendance is not required but recommended.
Special Guests: Occasionally, we will have special guests join the group calls. We will notify you in advance so you can plan to attend these sessions.
By following these guidelines, you can effectively manage your time, stay connected, and make the most out of the program.
