Entre-SLAM came out of a curious need: to provide a platform for entrepreneurs to gather, have some great food and drinks and share the stories of what’s really going in our lives. Starting 2012, Entre-SLAM started off as an entertaining networking event in Ann Arbor and quickly spread to Detroit, Chicago, Memphis, Los Angeles, Baltimore and Washington, D. C. Through the years, it was clear that gregarious, confident entrepreneurs could ‘step up to the mic’ and let their voice be heard. However, there many who did not have that confidence to speak publicly, which is common. What plagued all of them was a lack of understanding and clarity around why their brand existed in the first place and why they were willing to sacrifice so much for it. 

Founder, Christa Chambers-Price, is a U.S. Military Intelligence Army veteran, a former FBI Analyst and she helps brands launch big ideas that move the world. She 'charges the hill' with her clients to help them uncover their brand's potential and craft authentic marketing strategies. Christa has over 25 years of experience from managing award-winning graphic design and web programming projects to building animation projects for marketing campaigns. Recognized by CNN/Fortune, NPR's Michigan Radio and others, her specific work with Entre-SLAM, challenges innovators to blend brand storytelling within their business models. She has worked with over 1,000 startups, social entrepreneurs and non-profits from across the country. Entre-SLAM has crafted a methodology that guides innovators on how to discover their brand’s voice, examine customer psychology, iterate to perfect product or service designs while learning how to blend all of these components together to tell a great story.
